The Israeli Occupation Forces arrested 12 Palestinians in the West Bank cities of Hebron, Tulkarem, and Jenin last night.
Palestinian security sources reported that the IOF arrested eight Palestinian youths from the al-Fawar refugee camp and Beit- Ummar village, in the Hebron governorate, after raiding their houses.
The arrested have been identified as: Waleed Fayiz Hamed el-Wawi, 19 years old, Mohammad Fawzi Hamed el-Wawi, 19, Mustafa Jwad Saleem, 17, Sadam Adel al-Slaby, 21, Mohammad Jamal Mahmoud Alqam, 22, Amar Mohammad Abed el-Hameed Abu-Maryeh, 20, Mohammad Saied Ali Sbarneh, 22 and Hamzeh Waheed Hamdi Abu- Maryeh, 25.
In Tulkarem, located in the northwest of the West Bank, the IOF arrested two Palestinian university students, after searching their parents’ houses and rummaging the contents. The arrested were identified as: Mousab Adnan al-Khdary and Hamzih Mohammad Salameh.
In Jenin, north of the West Bank, the IOF arrested two Palestinian youths from the Yabad village, after breaking into their houses. The arrested were identified as: Noor Bashar Khaled Abu- Baker and Mahmoud Jamal Abu- Baker, both of them 18 years old.
Local sources reported that the Israeli army raided the village of Yabad firing rubber bullets and tear gas, which caused several cases of suffocation.
